Return and Refund Policy

Product Disclaimers:

  • Accessories shown in the image are only for representation and are not part of the product.
  • Depending on your screen settings and resolution on your device there may be a slight variance in fabric color and polish of the image and actual product.
  • Wood grains will vary from product to product in case of solid wood furniture.
  • Furniture having intricate hand-painted details are individual unique pieces and may have slight distinctions and variance between the picture and actual product.
  • The Primary material is the main material used to manufacture the product and in addition to the primary material there might also be other type of materials used in the manufacturing of the product



Products once sold and delivered will not be taken back unless the product that is delivered is damaged at the time of delivery to the customers premises.


  • We have specialised quality control measures to ensure that the product(s) you receive are of the highest quality. In the rare case that you receive a damaged/ defective product please reach out to us.
  • Please check for the following:
    • -       Stains on the product(s)
    • -       Stitching inconsistency
    • -       More than a 2% variation in size
  • Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either replace the product or refund  the purchase amount. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact and the product is unused. Please email us photographs of the defect along with the order number and item code.



This limited warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents 
  • Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
  • No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion Cove 
  • The warranty does not cover damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage. 
  • In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product and is thus not warranted for this purpose. (for solid wood furniture) 
  • Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and not covered under warranty. In addition, any claim for seasonal splits, joints opening is limited to warranty period from the time of purchase. (for solid wood furniture)



  • Defective - If the product delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (for e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.
What's Not Covered?
  • Damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use.
  • Damage in the product resulting due to improper installation or assembly by a third party, improper and irregular maintenance of the furniture, inappropriate storage ways, water or moisture damage, discolouration due to direct exposure to sunlight, etc.


All our products undergo rigorous quality checks and are packed and shipped with great care. We take at most caution to deliver the product to you in the best condition. We accept returns only when the product delivered to you is defective and broken within 7 days or delivery.

How to Initiate a Return Request?
  • You need to contact us at or What’sApp us at 7305998552.
  • You need to share photos of the defective and broken products along with the order number and item code.
  • Once we receive the photos, Decor Corner resolution team will connect with you within 48 hours.
  • A product scheduled for return pick-up will be picked up by the logistic partner from the original shipping address of the order, within72 hours of initiation of the return pick-up request.


Refund Process

  • Once the product has been picked up by the delivery team and returned to us and we will initiate refund process.
  • We will refund the amount to the original mode of payment.
  • The refund timeline will be within 4 – 7 business days.
